  30. In replying to Steve's message, I was referring to the first 
  31. implementation that Steve and I did in C on the PDP/11. Yes, there was 
  32. the Ratfor version (on the DEC-10) by Tim Korb (aka "bikmort"), et. al., 
  33. before that.
